Please select Thursday for delivery to the next Monday for collection. Please bear in mind that your tub may take over 24 hours to heat if filled with cold water depending on outside temperature. We recommend filling with hot water whenever possible.

An additional delivery charge may be required to cover petrol, staffing & time cost, due to the large area we cover.

You will receive a large 7 person Helsinki Lay Z Spa , full chemical kit, & instructional “how to take care of your tub” guide. We setup and take away everything for you!

For your hot tub, you will need only 2.1 metres x 2.1 metres flat level surface. Tubs can be placed on grass, patio, small stone gravel, or decking so long as it is reasonably even ground, with no gradient/slope.

You will also need a hose pipe to fill your tub. We will set everything up for you, you will just need to fill the tub up yourself.

Delivery of the hot tub will be made on the first day you select. We will contact you with a time for delivery the day before your delivery date.

Collection of the hot tub will be made on Monday between 8am and 6pm – we will provide a time on Sunday, please leave your gate open if you will not be in.

Please pull the plug or siphon the water before we arrive (click here to watch a video on how to do it).

If filling with cold water, your tub will take 24 hours to heat up to a useable temperature depending on outside temperature. If you would like us to fill with using your hot water please let us know. To fill with hot water you will need a combi boiler and tap adaptor.

You can pay secure your booking with a £20 booking deposit. The remainder is to be paid on delivery in cash.

We do not take a security deposit on delivery, however by agreeing to the terms and conditions you are liable for any damages up to £250.00.
